VISION

Frechal is a luxury real estate developer in Brazil. We came in to solve two connected problems. The first: their social presence had drifted — full of generic stock imagery that didn't reflect the projects they were actually building. The second: Frechal was repositioning, moving away from mid-market builds to focus exclusively on luxury developments in a new region, and their social channels needed to catch up with where the brand was heading.

  • Instagram: 11,000 → 15,500 followers over two years

  • Original asset library built from scratch (monthly on-location shoots across 12 months)

  • Social presence 100% aligned with Frechal's repositioning

APPROACH

We started by sorting out the branding fundamentals, building a social-first visual language from the ground up and creating an original asset library from scratch. Practically, that meant visiting Frechal once a month for a year to shoot original content on location.

From there, we built a social strategy rooted in content that positions Frechal as an authority in luxury real estate: focused on the slow, coastal lifestyle the buildings are designed around, and the architectural detail that defines them.
