SKILL SHOWCASE FOR U STUDIO
WHO IS ÁGATHA?
For the past 7 years, I've worked with global legacy brands, early-stage startups, and local businesses to help them find their voice, simplify their social strategy, and build communities that feel human.
My approach mixes marketing with the human touch. Whether I'm building a content calendar, running a campaign, or creating a brand voice guide, I care about how the work feels as much as the numbers it brings.
CASE: CITÉ ROOFTOP
High-end restaurant and rooftop | Fine dining
MY ROLE
★ Content audit and competitive analysis
★ Creative direction
★ Visual language and brand voice building
★ Content pillars
★ Content calendar
★ Content creation (graphics, video editing…)
★ Campaign & events planning in sync with client
★ KPI alignment and monthly performance review with data-driven insights
I took Cité on as a solo freelancer and spent months doing everything myself — strategy, content creation… the whole thing. Over time, we started working with photographers and videographers who'd send me raw materials, and I'd create content from that. We figured out what worked for us, established good content OPs and built a rhythm together.
Now that we're all in sync and the work is flowing nicely, I've brought on a graphic designer and a social and community manager to help scale things. But I still handle all the strategy, planning, client relationships, and creative direction. I made sure that everything in this showcase was created, edited, scripted, and/or designed by me.
BEFORE
Trusted byAFTER
Brands come to me because they feel like my designs are fresh and interesting. But they stay because my work does way more than look cute. I'm focused on building a growth machine where every content choice connects directly to business goals. I want every brand I work with to feel confident that their investment is building something sustainable and scalable, focused on long-term success.
VISION
Cité Rooftop is a bistro bar in Florianópolis (Brazil) with an established reputation — but a reputation that was working against them. Locals had come to assume Cité was reservation-only, and that assumption alone was enough to keep people from walking in. "We won't get a table, so why bother." The perception was the problem, and that's what we were initially brought in to change.
Other than that, they felt like their socials were not reflecting their true potential & they didn't have the bandwidth to constantly shoot content or stay chronically online feeding their socials.
So they basically needed a marketing partner who could run the full operation — brand, content, and paid — and sit alongside them as a right hand: someone could move with their business, spotting business opportunities and acting on them in real time.
APPROACH
My first step was to conduct a social + content audit to identify gaps and improvement points. Then I took over Cité's social presence, bringing a fresh, social-first visual language that felt true to the brand and highlighted what made them special.
The goal was to create a universe for the brand. Since we decided to work mostly with original assets, I collaborated with local photographers and videographers to bring that vision to life. This helped us build a consistent content system for Cité that balances high quality AND high volume.
Now the content communicates their food & drinks, their events, and the vibe of the place. We want to give people a real taste of what it feels like to spend a Saturday night at Cité's rooftop.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PROJECT
What excites me most about this project is the relationship I've built with Cité. They're always willing to test new ideas and are reeeaally interested in what we're doing. But I think that what really makes it work so well is that they trust me to lead creatively and give me the freedom to do it.
When I started, I came in with the vision to 'build a universe for the brand’ and change things up a little bit. They could've said no. Instead, they were open to it, open to my suggestions, and most importantly, they wanted to build it with me — not me creating everything by myself and just getting the ‘ok' from them but they were open to a real collaboration from day one.
Watching the project grow from that ground and seeing it scale is what keeps me energised!
